Art vs Design

Art vs Design
Article by Craig A Elimeliah

As Elimeliah stated in his article design is a very calculated process. Normally designs are carefully thought out, discussed by a group and sharpened heavily in the computer to achieve a very perfect design. Craig even compares a designer with an engineer since they both have a very delicate and well thought career. There are rules to follow and certain aspects such as color, size, position and layout are some of the aspects that have to be carefully picked to deliver the right message.

Art in the other hand, Craig Elimeliah explains, that it is not as strict or hard to do. Art is suppose to deliver emotions or a feeling which is easily made by color or shapes. Artists have the liberty to explore and use any medium they want to convey whatever emotion being pain or love or sadness.
